Alonisos is the most put aside island of Northern Aegean
and the unique lived in the mainly region of National Marine
Park. The island was created in 1986 and is a shelter of
infrequent birds and seal monks. The Visitors can take a
tour here following the regulations that have been established
for the protection of this unique ecosystem. In the Revolution
of 1821 many Greeks found shelter in this island that was
persecuted by Turkish people.
