Booking a Charter

Booking Procedure for Chartering:

Once you have decided on the yacht of your choice, we will send you a Charter Contract for signature, to be returned to us, with the exception of your copy, together with your deposit.

The balance due, together with the agreed advance towards provisioning allowance, (A.P.A), redelivery or delivery fees, if applicable, plus 4,5% V.A.T. will be due for payment 15 days prior to embarkation.


What the charter fees include:

Yacht hire, crew's food and salaries, ship's laundry, harbor and marina fees within Greece. Marine insurance of the yacht as well as Owner's insurance of the crew for third party liabilities.


What the charter fees do not include:

- 4,5% V.A.T.  on the charter fees.
- Fuel, which is paid at transit prices, (please ask for consumption per litre per hour).
- Food, soft and hard drinks.
- Corinth canal fees, if any.
- Dues for non-Greek waters crossing or private marinas.
- Telephone & fax via Satcom.
- Radio and mobile telephone costs.
- Gasoline for water toys.
- Hire of special equipment at the request of the Charterer and Gratuities, which are given entirely at your own discretion.
- The usual amount is from 5% - 10% of the charter fee, but there are no hard and fast rules.
